Admins are not allowed to be in factions besides the staff faction, called Admin. If they are in one, or are helping one specifically, this is abuse. Ranks with /tpa are allowed to use the command, but only if the person accepts. If it comes down to word vs. word during an argument of whether you accepted or not, I have to go with the person of higher rank. If it turns out the person was abusing, they will be demoted to Member rank. If they are promoted again, and they abuse again, they will be banned.
The ranks allowed in factions are Member, Donator, and Moderator, but if these ranks use their power to help get there faction ahead, report it. If I find that it was abuse, the punishments stated above apply. If I find that the defendant was not abusing, you will be jailed for 1 day.
